Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original resolution: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17(STA) (same title) Representative Larson objected. Representative Larson moved and asked unanimous consent that the motion be amended to adopt CSSCR 17(STA) am. Objection was heard. Representative Larson moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw his motion.
